Benefits
The ACCT is able to offer the following benefits to assist its qualifying local partners:
- A full-time OSM/VISTA Volunteer that will help build the capacity of the host partner
- Full-time OSM/VISTA assistance from our Support Office based in Beckley, WV
- A biannual Team Training for OSM/VISTAs and their supervisors--teaching skills in grant writing, board development, fiscal sustainability, economic revitalization and environmental restoration project development, and providing a forum to learn from others working on similar projects in Appalachia
- Access to a computer donation program
- Access to Summer Program Members
- A region-wide network of ideas and experience through our email list and support staff
